Our dash race allows drivers to safely test their cars performance\/durability for the most laps in 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>We thank KRAI Sponsor David Kocher and his Administration for hosting our event.<\/p>\n<p>We thank everyone that arrived early to help with set up.<\/p>\n<p>It was great seeing Ken Fiallos (founder) up and out so early to give us a hand with set up.<\/p>\n<p>The teams arrived and got their cars inspected by our Vice President, Chief Inspector and Co-Founder Jim Truitt.<\/p>\n<p>We missed our Middleton HS team as they had battery and controller issues preventing them from competing.<\/p>\n<p>The first race of the day was our open and advanced cars. USF Car 48 hit the curb bending their front tire rim sending them to the pits for this race. All drivers were okay due to the great safety guidelines used when the cars are built.<\/p>\n<p>When the checkered flag dropped it was:<br \/>\nOpen<br \/>\n1st Place Tiger Racing car 4 with 33 laps<br \/>\n2nd Place FL State College at Jacksonville car 904 with 22 laps<\/p>\n<p>Advancd<br \/>\n1st Place Pro EV car 39 with 33 laps<br \/>\n2nd Place USF car 48 with 1 lap<\/p>\n<p>Our second race was our high school teams.
