We will be assisting Florida State College in Jacksonville with their second race this year. Anyone under 18 years of age must provide a parent consent, release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement/minor’s assumption of risk and release and waiver of liability form to participate. Anyone under 18 years of age must have on file at their educational provider a media release allowing their picture to be on websites/social media. If a person Under 18 cannot have their photo or name on website or social media, Event Sponsors must be made aware to prevent postings.
