We held our STEM Electrathon Event at Kirkland Ranch Academy of Innovation on Saturday, January 24th.
We thank everyone for their help getting set up before the race and cleaned up after the race.
We thank David Kocher and KRAI Administration for hosting the event.
The teams arrived, got their pit areas set up so Mike Ralph could inspect their car(s).
We welcome back the team from Terra Environmental Research Institute (Terrawolves).
Teams met with Race Officials for the drivers meeting. 
Our first race of the day had 11 cars lineup.
The green flag dropped and teams found their path on the course.
The first race brought challenges to a number of teams, Lyman car 94 had rear tire issues, Tiger Racing car 4 had a bubble form on one of their tires, KRAI car 210 blew the back tire, Lyman car 94 spun out and Mulberry car 38 rear ended Tiger Racing car 4 causing him to spin out.

In between races teams worked on their cars and had lunch.
Our second race had 11 cars line up
The teams made sure to challenge each other to see who could handle the heat.
Terrawolves car 70 had chain issue’s, KRAI car 210 blew a tire, FSCJ car 32 almost rolled in the turn before heading to finish line, the driver did well to keep it from going over, Mulberry car 38 had chain issue’s, Terrawolves had the rear wheel come apart, ending their race day early.
